The Coromandel Cricket Club was established in 1862. We have been a mainstay of sporting and social activity in Blackwood, Coromandel Valley, Eden Hills, Belair, Hawthorndene, Bellevue Heights, Glenalta, Craigburn Farm and surrounding districts south of the Adelaide CBD for 160 years.
Widely recognised as the 'second oldest cricket club in South Australia', Coromandel has been a member of the Adelaide & Suburban Cricket Association (ASCA) since 1938/1939.
The club currently fields 12 teams (5 senior teams and 7 junior teams) catering to a range of cricketing abilities and backgrounds, from those with Grade cricket experience to those who are still learning the game.
We also provide the opportunity for younger cricketers to develop and learn the game fielding sides in the Under 16s, 14s, 12s and 10s competitions of the South Central Junior Cricket Association. The club also runs a successful Milo-into-Cricket program aimed at developing the skills of young cricketers aged 5 to 8 years of age.
