Coromandel IV vs Adelaide Cavaliers II

Peter Zacpal - 350 matches.
Richard Hunter - 299 matches.

Andrew "Sarah" Ferguson, statistically better known as the holder of the club record for the
most innings before first duck, wrote his name into the record books with the ball, collecting a five wicket haul.
His breathtaking performance almost overshadowed the tremendous 37 year achievement of the "silver-fox", Peter Zacpal, who became only the third player in Coromandel Cricket Club history to reach the 350 match milestone.
Introduced into the attack soon after drinks, with the opposition cruising at 96 without loss, Fergie reaped immediate success as a mistimed off-drive found the safe hands of Zacpal at mid off. Two balls later he had a second wicket, following a spectacular one-handed catch at cover by Jarrod McCauley, and his first over ended as a double wicket maiden.
The wickets just kept coming, making it impossible for captain Mark Lemmey to remove him from the bowling crease. All wickets were caught, including one of his own - holding on to a skied ball to remove the opposition century maker, who had earlier threatened set the home side an unassailable target.
His effort far eclipsed his previous best of 2 for 8, taken last century at Blackwood Hill in 1999. In his 54th appearance for Coromandel, "Sarah" has always been under-rated as a bowler (despite his connection to royalty): this was only the 13th occasion in which he has been thrown the ball by the captain, although he had captured a wicket on seven of those previous occasions. It appears he had been prepared for the occasion, having carried an extra hat to bowl in: fielding in a broad-brimmed white cricket hat and bowling in a black baseball cap.

... and yes, Fergie remains "duckless", scoring 11 runs.
